Meditation, coordination and martial art (Taikiken) training in one.
Taikiken as Ron Nansink studied it under Master Kenichi Sawai in the nineteen seventies. Taikiken as Taikiken is meant to be, together with a group of martial artists you will train intensively on a beautiful spot in unspoiled nature.
The weeks are for adults with a good general physical and mental condition and they are suitable for persons with advanced skills and for beginners in a martial art/sport.
Advanced skills or experience in Taikiken or Yi Quan are not necessary.
